Mr. Sajjan Jindal
Chairman and Non-Executive Director
Mr. Sajjan Jindal is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director and the Individual Promoter of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University. He is the Vice Chairman of the World Steel Association. He was previously associated as a Director with JSW Bengal Steel Limited, National Skill Development Corporation and the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India. He is a recipient of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 award, Business Standard CEO of the year award in 2018 and the IIM JRD Tata award for Excellence in Corporate Leadership in Metallurgical Industries, 2017.
Mr. Jindal is also the Chairman & Managing of JSW Energy Limited & JSW Steel Limited and is on the Board of Jindal Aluminium Limited, JSW MG Motor India Private Limited, The Indian Institute of Metals. He is also a Nominee Director of Invest Karnataka Forum.
Mr. Nirmal Kumar Jain
Vice Chairman and Independent Director
Mr. Nirmal Kumar Jain is the Vice Chairman and Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He has passed the final examination held by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He joined Jindal Iron & Steel Company Limited in 1992 as General Manager – Finance. He has significant years of experience in the area of Finance.
Mr. Jain is also on the Board of Permanent Magnets Limited, JSW Industrial Gases Limited, JSW Jaigarh Port Limited, JSW Holdings Limited, Epsilon Carbon Private Limited.
Mr. Rinkesh Roy
Joint Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rinkesh Roy holds Master’s Degree in Public Management from Kennedy School of Government – Harvard University, USA & Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy - Fellowship, National University of Singapore -2013 and is also a Bachelor of Arts (Economics Honors) - securing First Rank from Utkal University - India in 1990. He was appointed as a President of the Company with effect from August 1, 2024. He was previously associated with Government of India since 1992 as an IRTS officer and has an experience of over 30 years in railway operation, shipping, ports and logistics. During this stint, he also held position of Chairman for the major ports like Paradip, Vishakhapatnam, Tuticorin and Kamrajar for various durations, He also held position of the Chairman of Dredging Corporation of India. He participated in an UNCTAD course in Dublin, Ireland and was part of several high-level delegations to the UK, Spain, Denmark, South Korea and Russia. He was awarded with the Minister of Railway Award for “Outstanding Service” in 2003 and General Manager Award for “Meritorious Service” in 2005. Apart from driving operational and managerial efficiency in port operations, he spearheaded the infrastructure development to enhance the quality of life of the port employees and various communities living around the port.
Mr. Roy is also on the Board of Navkar Corporation Limited.
Mr. Lalit Chandanmal Singhvi
Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lalit Chandanmal Singhvi is the Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Honours) from University of Jodhpur and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India. He has been associated with our Company since January 15, 2015 as Senior Vice President – Finance and Commercial. He has previously been associated with Shree Shubham Logistics as a President -Commercial, Sterlite Industries (India) Limited as a Chief Executive Officer for Fujairah Gold FZE, Suhail Bahwan Group (Holding) LLC as a General Manager (Finance). He has significant years of experience in the areas of Management and Finance.
Mr. Singhvi is also the Whole Time Director of JSW Jaigarh Port Limited and is on the Board of Navkar Corporation Limited.
Mr. Arun Sitaram Maheshwari
Non Executive Director
Mr. Arun Sitaram Maheshwari holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce from Ajmer University. He has passed the final examination of Master of Business Administration held by Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. He has previously been associated with Jindal Strips Limited, Jindal Iron & Steel Company Limited and Jindal Vijaynagar Steel Limited. He has over 30 years of experience in the areas of marketing, import (raw materials), corporate strategy and infrastructure. He has been associated with our Company since April 18, 2019.
Mr. Maheshwari is Whole Time Director of JSW Steel Limited.
Mr. Kantilal Narandas Patel
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Kantilal Narandas Patel is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Bombay and participated in the Management Development Programme on General Management (Strategic Issues) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He has passed the final examination held by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He joined the Jindal Iron & Steel Company Limited in 1995 as Vice President - Finance. He was previously associated with JSW Holdings Limited as Joint Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Patel is also on the Board of JSW Holdings Limited, JSW Cement Limited, JSW Bengaluru Football Club Private Limited, JSW GMR Cricket Private Limited, JSW Sports Ventures Private Limited, JSW Realty Private Limited, Svamaan Financial Services Private Limited, JSW Jaigarh Port Limited, JSW Recharge Sports Private Limited and AYM Syntex Limited.
Ms. Ameeta Chatterjee
Independent Director
Ms. Ameeta Chatterjee is the Independent Director of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Honours Course) from University of Delhi, where she was awarded the M. C. Shukla Prize in 1993 for securing the highest marks in aggregate in the Business Law and Company Law. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She was previously associated with Leighton Contractors (India) Private Limited, a division of Leighton International Limited as a General Manager, Investments and Acquisitions.
Ms. Chatterjee is also on the Board of JSW Jaigarh Port Limited, MTAR Technologies Limited, Upper Crust Builders Private Limited, South West Port Limited, Karat Diamond Private Limited, Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited, Espandere Advisors Private Limited, Thukral Industrial Investments Private Limited, Jubilant Ingrevia Limited, Sterling Transtel Limited.
Ms. Anita Belani
Independent Director
Ms. Anita Belani did her M.B.A. from XLRI, Jamshedpur and B.A.(Hons) in Economics from Miranda House, University of Delhi. Ms. Anita is an established business leader, CEO / CXO coach and a well-known personality in HR fraternity with more than 35 years of experience. She has won multiple awards such as Most Influential HR Leader Award in 2017, and Woman Super Achiever Award in 2008. Ms. Belani brings cross industry, business leadership & global experience. After a successful strategic HR career, she moved on to business leadership roles in 2006. She has led the India operations of global consulting firms in formulating & implementing strategy, P&L management, Business Development and franchise building by leading high-quality teams. Anita takes keen interest in mentoring startups and was a key member of the Lead Angels network which focuses on investing in early stage companies. She has been on the advisory board of Crederity Inc. and Unitus Seed Fund.

Mr. Amitabh Kumar Sharma

Mr. Amitabh Kumar Sharma is the Independent Director of our Company. He has passed the examination for the Bachelor’s Degree in Law. He has been enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since August 31, 1995. He was previously associated with HSA Advocates as a Managing Partner and as a partner with Khaitan & Co and J. Sagar & Associates. He is currently associated with NorthExcel Associates, Advocates & Legal Consultants as a partner. He has significant years of experience in general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, projects and financing matters.
Mr. Sharma is also on the Board of Comaea Consulting Private Limited, JSW Jaigarh Port Limited.
Mr. Anoop Kumar Mittal
Independent Director
Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal, a distinguished veteran in the construction industry with over four decades of rich experience, holds a prominent position among eminent civil engineers in the country. His expertise encompasses Merger & Acquisitions, revival of ailing companies, in addition to his core areas of infrastructural development and Real Estate. Serving as the Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of NBCC (India) Ltd., Dr. Mittal led the organization to achieve 'Navratna' status, shaping India’s infrastructure landscape significantly. With extensive experience in both public and private sectors, he continues to contribute to various advisory committees. Dr. Mittal, a recipient of "Doctor of Philosophy" (Honoris Causa) by the Chancellor, Singhania University. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Punjab University, Patiala. He has held directorial roles in esteemed private and PSUs, showcasing his versatile leadership. Dr. Mittal's contributions extend to various sectors including Real Estate Development, Project Management Consultancy and he has been recognized for his eminence in Construction Engineering & Management.
